Students are inspired to be the best they can be, enabling them to become responsible global citizens.Position: Facilities CoordinatorWhat You'll Do:Be the primary point of contact for the Estates Department for staff, contractors, suppliers, and delivery personnel.Coordinate and monitor maintenance, gardening, and housekeeping schedules to maintain a clean and functional environment.Support academic staff with classroom and facility usage needs.Ensure classrooms and teaching facilities are set up and maintained for educational activities.Assist the Purchase Department with supplier selection and ordering supplies for housekeeping and estates.Generate reports, maintain records, and support health and safety compliance.Lead and coordinate event logistics, from setup to breakdown.Supervise and guide housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.Who We're Looking For:At least 2 years of experience in administration, ideally in an educational setting.Strong organisational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).Fluency in Thai and English (TOEIC 450).Flexibility to work outside of regular working hours as needed.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Why Join Us?A collaborative and dynamic environment at St Andrews International School.Opportunities for personal and professional development.Make a direct impact on the school community.St Andrews is committed to ensuring the safety of all our students, and expects all staff to share the same commitment (see our Child Protection Code of Conduct).No applicant will be appointed without at least two references, including one from the most recent employer, a ten-year criminal record check, and relevant regional Prohibition Order/DBS checks.At Nord Anglia Education we are committed to providing a world class, safe, happy environment in which children and young people can thrive and learn.
