- Design ICT, FCT, JIGs, and Tooling to support production improvement.
- Prepare and maintain documents for IATF16949 system (Control Plan, FMEA, etc.).
- Lead APQP activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product launches.
- Create and review mechanical and electrical drawings using AutoCAD.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SMT, ASSY, and PCBA processes.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 systems.
- Able to design ICT/FCT/JIG/Tooling (advantage).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of reading technical drawings.
- Good command of English communication (both written and spoken).
