Lead Electrical Failure Analysis (Defect Scanning/Mapping) and Surface Area Test (SAT) improvement activity in Sustaining product.
Engage in early HAMR products ramp-up to accelerate SAT and Tribology improvements.
Review Failure Analysis results and provide feedback to relevant team.
Collaborate with Product Engineering team to enhance SAT code for Yield, Quality improvement and Build time reduction.
Collaborated with Head/Media suppliers to improve their yield, quality, cost, and supply.
Support Head & Media EC qualification.
Develops subordinate’s performance with appropriate training and supervision.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years experience in Engineering, Quality related field
PREFERRED:
Knowledge of HDD Failure analysis, Quality (Reliability), HDD Components, HDD Process & Technology, Quality Management
Knowledge in programing for data analytic (Python,C++,SQL)
SKILLS:
Able to communicate in English and collaboration work with global team.
Analytic skill with basic tool (Excel,JMP,Minitab).
Able to work under pressure, Problem solving, Creative, Flexible, Hard-working, Initiative, Leadership skill, Positive Thinking, Team player.
