R&D Asst. Manager

• Lead the assigned R&D projects planning, execution, and tracking, ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to formulate and optimize products, conducting experiments, analyzing results, and making recommendations for product improvement.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts by conducting ingredient assessments, reviewing product formulations for compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in the preparation of regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate product testing and analysis, including stability testing, performance evaluations, and sensory testing, to ensure product quality and efficacy.
• Work closely with suppliers to source raw materials, evaluate ingredient options, and ensure the availability of high-quality materials for product development.
• Implement digital tools and systems for data management within the R&D department, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of formulation data, test results, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of formulation experiments, test results, and regulatory documentation, ensuring documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and innovation within the R&D department, contributing ideas and insights to enhance product development processes.

• In Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Science, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D functions, preferably in FMCG products.
• Solid experienced in digitalization and data management such Power BI.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective English and Thai communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
