Assistant CFO-(Property development/hotel)

• Bachelor's degree or master's in accounting or finance
• 5 years experiences in hotel, Real estate experience is plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical accounting skills
• Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

• Analyst and provide data on financial trends, ratios, P&L which resulted in summary of hotel operational performance.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for Executive Management as per requested and submit in a timely manner (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis).
• Monitoring, analyzes, evaluate, and present the actual results of operations and cashflow projection of each hotel compare with the budget.
