Automate Tester

• You will be responsible for designing and maintaining automated test suites for Mobile Applications and APIs, with a strong focus on technical investigation and system understanding.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium (TypeScript).
• Execute manual test cases when necessary for core and edge-case scenarios.
• Perform web and hybrid testing using Playwright.
• Conduct technical investigations using Kibana and Dynatrace for log analysis.
• Test native mobile applications, including mini app / embedded app environments.
• Analyze issues across Application, API, and Backend layers.
• Design and maintain test cases based on complex business and technical requirements.
• Identify, log, and track defects in Jira with proper supporting evidence.
• Run basic database queries for data verification.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, QA, and Business teams across multiple squads.
• Understand system flows, sequence diagrams, and overall solution design.

• 1-3 years of software testing experience with hands-on automation exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Appium and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of async/await and asynchronous execution in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience using Playwright for web or hybrid testing.
• Experience testing native mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Kibana and Dynatrace for log review and observability.
• Experience using Jira for defect management.
• Good understanding of solution design, system flows, and sequence diagrams.
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Logical thinking to design meaningful automation and cover edge cases.
