- Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals and ads operations specialists, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support and guidance
- Drive business development efforts by overseeing prospecting and identifying new business opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business strategies and product roadmaps
- Regularly assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize team productivity and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the pursuit of excellence
- Drive business development efforts by prospecting and identifying new business opportunities from end to end
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing
- Explore and provide feedback to stimulate additional buy-ins from partners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Advertising Campaigns for participating partners
- Build and maintain solid and scalable account management and campaign operations processes
- Identify and recommend future opportunities to enhance program performance in the market in line with company strategy
- Lead by example - be able to close deals!
- Create, validate and approve AMS long term roadmap and OKRs, as well as financial plan
- Guide teams on new projects, processes, and workflows
- Prepare presentations or reports describing progress toward the program goals
- Join and conduct weekly meetings where updates are shared with the rest of the management team
- Monitor usage of resources and budgets and optimize AMS program's P&L
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Strong sales skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to create easy-to-understand data visualizations
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Digital Media and Advertising ecosystem (agency or publisher)
- Strong experience in leading an agile team and scaling business outcomes
- Expertise in Business-to-Business negotiations and sales pipeline management
- Demonstrated success in partner portfolio management
- Excellent commercial judgment and strategic decision-making skills
- Experience in designing and launching new products and placements in advertising industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel for work
