Working location: Flexible up to business (normally in Bangkok)Position Scope: Provides installation, basic operation training and repair within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:1. Undertakes scientific instruments installation, basic training, maintain, telephone and on-site service.2. Develops customer relationship and perform high level of customer satisfaction.3. May help and coach other field service engineers to make solution to solve on-site problems.4. Cooperates with customer service representatives to return relevant reports and spare parts as required.Education/Experience:1. Bachelor or above, major in Mechanics, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Chemistry etc.2. Good spoken English and able to accept long-term or short-term international assignments is welcome.3. Has good analytical diagnostic skills, and good at communicating with customers, self-emotional management, writing and speaking.4. Works proactively, carefully, and with strong customer service awareness.
