Job responsibilities
- There is a final closing - Make a voucher and record all accounting transactions - Tax calculation, making Withholding Tax certificates, and filing all taxes (monthly and Yearly) - Prepare monthly sales, cost, and profit report - Record, Reconcile VAT, and Prepare reports. - Submit social security fund, Notify staff status to the social security office. - Prepare the document and Coordinate with the revenue department to claim the corporate income tax. - Treating bonus and salary things - There is possibility to do GA jobs. - Any tasks assigned by MD
ความรับผิดชอบในงาน
- มีการปิดครั้งสุดท้าย - จัดทำ Voucher และบันทึกรายการทางบัญชีทั้งหมด - คำนวณภาษี ทำหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย และยื่นภาษีทั้งหมด (รายเดือน และรายปี) - จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย ต้นทุน และกำไรประจำเดือน - บันทึก กระทบยอด VAT และจัดทำรายงาน - ยื่นกองทุนประกันสังคม แจ้งสถานะพนักงาน ต่อสำนักงานประกันสังคม - จัดเตรียมเอกสารและประสานงานกับกรมสรรพากรเพื่อขอคืนภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล - ดูแลเรื่องโบนัสและเงินเดือน - มีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะทำงาน GA - งานใด ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MDJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 49 years old - Bachelor's degree ・More than bachelor degree in accounting ・More than 8-10 years experience as an accounting staff ・Having experience of management ・More than high-conversational English in order to report and talk to Japanese. ・Has CPD or CPA license
Preferable Skill / Experience
