  • Managing market share at OEM/Tier 1 in strategic applications.
  • Being accountable for application portfolio per OEM: value growth (CM1), Balancing short-term tactics with long-term strategies; support minimize grade slate.
  • Being accountable for new applications and product development from concept to commercialization.
  • Being accountable for the innovation budget and plan, corporate with the global innovation process team, and using global innovation tools and procedures.
  • Establishing pricing guidelines for new products and innovation applications (value-in-use)
  • Managing and prioritising CPM project activities in cooperation with regional sales teams.
  • Driving product positioning based upon an understanding of the value chain and “value-in-use” analysis.
  • Building strong links to Product Development Managers in Asia and other regions by supporting the development and execution of their OEM strategy in Southeast Asia and supporting coordination with other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Coordinating launch list in Asia countries as part of global launch list.
  • Developing and implementing promotional strategies, including OEM/customer events.
  • Building and managing an efficient team around the innovation and new customers to ensure continuing improved sales and margin.
  • Corporating with PAD and other management for regular review in Product Stewardship. Responsible for evaluating the risk potential of new applications by using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD)MATRIX.

Qualifications
  • Graduated University degree or equivalent in a science, technical or engineering discipline.
  • At least 8 years experience in a diverse range of technical, business and commercial roles. Solid experience in PCMA Application and/or product development. Broad exposure to the automotive industry.
