Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.My day at EssilorLuxotticaDeveloping and implementing casting process: process, data, documentation, SOP's, PCP'sCoordinating with chemists if formulation changes are required.Participating in the design of catalytic systems, stabilizing & other additive packages to convert monomers into lens material.Able to develop complex casting and innovate processesDeveloping technical skills through technical watch, external benchmarkTroubleshooting, supporting the production line to ensure the proper implementation of the processesManaging the relationship with internal customers such as Labs and Mass production plantsCollecting and understanding customer and stakeholder needsSupport and/or develop others by her/his expertiseProviding guidelines for the expertise and to suppliers and participate to strategic technical choicesDeveloping new approaches, methodology to solve complex issuesInitiating new ideas and innovations, propose breakthrough idea through innovation card & investigate the feasibility through SRParticipating to the industrialization of the new products and processesEnsuring the day-to-day communication towards related parties in the groupsContributing the development and capitalization technical expertiseMust haveMaster's degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical engineering or any related fields.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environmentGood presentation skill, project management, process control and statistical analysisStrong on analytical skills, problem solving methodology (8D, fishbone), six sigmaGood command of English both written and spokenAble to work at Lat Krabang Industrial Estate
