Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of optimum stock levels of machinery and construction materials during the project stage. Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules while minimising excess inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and oversee replenishment processes to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
Plan ahead to ensure the timely availability of all resources necessary for the unloading, transportation, storage, and issuance of machinery and equipment.
Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team cohesion.
Work closely with other departments within the manufacturing facility, including production, logistics, and quality control, to streamline operations and optimise efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain or related subjects
6-8 years of experience in in store management manufacturing in any industry.
Experience in Greenfield or Chemical Manufacturing will be advantage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Good command in English is mandatory and non-negotiable
Able to relocate and travel up country
Able to work on alternative Saturday
