หัวหน้าวิศวกรซอฟต์แวร์ (Backend และ Full stack)Job Responsibilities- Hands-on design/develop features and fix complex issues in a cross functional team
- Lead the team to adopt & advocate for best engineering practices, reusable module designs resulting in a quality and fast-paced deliverable
- Manage and control team member to proceed development process
- Coach and mentor team members
- Communicate with another team to improve software
- Other tasks assigned by Thai managerNecessary Skills / Experiences- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-50 years old
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 3+ years of backend JavaScript experience using Node.js and Express
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- AWS experience
- Strong object-oriented design, design patterns and working knowledge of data structure and algorithms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishLanguages skills

- นำทีมมาปรับใช้และสนับสนุนแนวทางปฏิบัติด้านวิศวกรรมที่ดีที่สุด, การออกแบบโมดูลที่นำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ ส่งผลให้มีคุณภาพและการส่งมอบที่รวดเร็ว

- โค้ชและเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้สมาชิกในทีม
- สื่อสารกับทีมอื่นเพื่อปรับปรุงซอฟต์แวร์
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวไทยทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-50 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี และ/หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
- ประสบการณ์แบ็กเอนด์ JavaScript มากกว่า 3 ปีโดยใช้ Node.js และ Express
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไปในด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ (สถาปัตยกรรม รูปแบบการออกแบบ ความน่าเชื่อถือ และการปรับขนาด) ของระบบใหม่และปัจจุบัน
- ประสบการณ์ AWS
- การออกแบบเชิงวัตถุ รูปแบบการออกแบบ และความรู้ในการทำงานของโครงสร้างข้อมูลและอัลกอริธึมที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในด้านการเขียนและการพูดทักษะทางภาษา
