- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for the restaurant.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures, highlighting any variances.
- Help implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the restaurant's assets and prevent fraud.
- Assist in overseeing the recording and reconciliation of inventory levels to manage food and beverage costs effectively
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and cost efficiency.
- Able to communicate in English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Able to communicate in English
