This position reports to Income Audit Manager.RESPONSIBILITIESTo assist the Income Audit Manager with day to day accounting duties of Finance division.TASKS
Prepare Daily Revenue Report and daily package.
Ensure correct classification of all revenue, including miscellaneous and accounts payable related revenue.
Review banquet checks against Catering orders for accuracy of preparation.
Prepare and input month-end documents for general ledger processing including revenue journal, cash receipts journal and entertainment journal.
Reconcile General Ledger accounts as assigned.
Prepare output VAT report.
Assisting in preparation of specific statistical reports which may be required by local management or area office.
Complies with all Four Seasons’ guidelines, policies and procedures
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Income Audit Manager, Assistant Director of Finance or Director of Finance
