- Handling complaints and quality-related inquiries from customers.
- Preparation of report materials for customers (Thai).
- Examination of causes of complaints and countermeasures. Work together with department members and other department personnel.
●Customer process audit support services
- Preparing for process audits for customers.
- Improvement work for points pointed out. Work together with department members and other department personnel.
●Trial production work related
- After producing trial products, check the appearance inspection results and dimensional measurement results to confirm trends. If any problems are detected, feedback will be provided to the FA department.
- Participation in design reviews.
●Support for in-process inspections
- Support work for process managers (supervisors, foreman).
