- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions on technology investments.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for IT staff.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of IT initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations related to data privacy and security, such as HIPAA.
- Implement measures to safeguard patient health information and maintain the highest standards of data security.
- Significant experience in progressively responsible IT leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology management.
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning, implementation of IT initiatives, and digital transformation.
- Preferably, a background in healthcare IT with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to provide visionary leadership and effectively manage and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals.
