Job DescriptionAs an Inflight Business Development Executive under Thai AirAsia X, your roles are sourcing the appropriate products for In-flight sales in all product categories and supporting the procurement process where required, and also together with managing and adhering to all In-flight ground operations and on board In-flight activities to enhance overall In-flight sales, services, and customer experience.Working Location: Suvarnabhumi AirportJob DescriptionCreate a business innovation, innovative products, and services via cost-saving opportunities and maximize the sales/profits.Be responsible for sourcing In-flight products and services, In-flight advertisement, and vendor negotiation for the best value and cost.Promote In-flight products and services, but not limited to providing or liaising with third parties for product training, sales, and techniques for cabin crews and internal staffs.Take charge in vendor evaluation, and product quality control, and responsible and handling the complaints from guests regarding the In-flight Products and services.Maintain relationship management both internal & external and provide support for business development or customer experience enhancement by maintaining a good relationship with business partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Align with the Ancillary & Marketing team in terms of marketing and planning to promote In-flight Products/Services.QualificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related fieldsAt least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Sourcing, Marketing, Product Marketing, or R&DHaving a background in the food industry would be an advantage but not necessaryProficient in oral and written EnglishExcellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, G-suit and e-mailAble to travel abroad and domestics where requiredIf you wish to review how we handle and protect your personal data, please review our Privacy Notice for Candidates.
