Job responsibilities
- Responsible for accounting Transaction i.e. AR, AP, some GL, and bank reconciliation - Verify WH/T and VAT calculation both from suppliers and to customers - Reconcile/ prepare monthly WH/T reports for submissions to government - Prepare information to support the budgeting and monthly forecasting of the company - Review/ prepare monthly input tax reports with original tax invoices - Prepare month-end closing Transaction and monthly P&L for management - Calculate cooperate income tax and submit PND.50 ,51 to RD - Submit financial statement and BOJ.5 yearly to DBD ,BOI. - Support and Coordinate with auditor. - Prepare month-end closing Transaction and monthly financial statement ,including quarterly report to management. - Prepare payment in bank system and take care overall related with bank. - Other assignment from superior
ความรับผิดชอบในงาน
- รับผิดชอบธุรกรรมทางบัญชี เช่น AR, AP, GL บางส่วน และการกระทบยอดธนาคาร - ตรวจสอบการคำนวณ WH/T และ VAT ทั้งจากซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้า - กระทบยอด/จัดทำรายงาน WH/T ประจำเดือนเพื่อนำเสนอต่อภาครัฐ - จัดเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำงบประมาณและการคาดการณ์รายเดือนของบริษัท - สอบทาน/จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อประจำเดือนพร้อมใบกำกับภาษีต้นฉบับ - จัดทำธุรกรรมการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและ P&L รายเดือนสำหรับผู้บริหาร - คำนวณภาษีเงินได้ของสหกรณ์ และนำส่ง ภ.ง.ด.50 ,51 - ยื่นงบการเงินและ BOJ.5 ทุกปีให้ DBD ,BOI - สนับสนุนและประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี - จัดทำธุรกรรมการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและงบการเงินรายเดือน รวมถึงรายงานรายไตรมาสต่อผู้บริหาร - จัดเตรียมการชำระเงินในระบบธนาคาร และดูแลโดยรวมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธนาคาร - งานอื่นๆ จากหัวหน้าJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in accounting fields or any related fields. - At least 3-5 years working experience working in accounting. - Good Command of written and spoken English. - Excellence knowledge of accounting standards and Other concerned laws/rules and regulations. - Proficient using MS Office applications and accounting system. - Have CPD Certificate Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Sakhon Working Hour: 8:00-17:25(Mon.-Fri.
